Patiala House Became First District Court to Use Complete E-Stamping Facility

Patiala House court complex in New Delhi on January 16, 2013 fully switched to the e-stamping facility. Patiala House court complex is one of the six district courts in New Delhi.

E-stamping scheme in Patiala House court complex was inaugurated by the district judge of Patiala House Court, IS Mehta. With the complete e-stamping plant in Patiala House, was the first court to make full use of this facility, while the stamp paper. This action will help to ensure you hassle transactions and fraudulent practices under control.

E-stamp was first introduced in April 2008 and is now available in all denominations. The city council, on an average collects 200 crore rupees turnover in a month in that facility.

Halimah Yacob was first female President of the Singapore Parliament

Halimah Yacob (58) was the first woman and the 9th President of the Singapore Parliament on January 14, 2013. They replace Michael Palmer, the former People Action Party MP. Palmer emerged from the office of President of Parliament and as an MP on December 12, 2012. Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong nominated her for the designation of speaker

Halimah Yacob came down from her position as Minister of State (familial and Social Development) and was chosen as the speaker by Members of Parliament. In her role, she is expected to play an independent role during the parliamentary debates, but pointed out that the fact that she would continue to Singaporeans' concerns and would also have different policies.

Halimah Yacob, 58, was born in Singapore, the origins of Indian women. She belongs to the people's Action Party. To open mid-2013 First Space Weather Reading Center India Scheduled

The expertise that specializes in reading the climatic conditions in the area and helps air traffic on polar routes is scheduled in Kolkata by the middle of 2013. The space weather reading center in Kolkata is the first of its kind and has been approved by Union HRD Ministry. This center would come to Indian Institute of Science, Education and Research (IISER) campus. The Union HRD Ministry fined four crore rupees for the center.

The coordinator of the center stated that the center of excellence in space sciences focuses on the areas of space weather, especially the weather conditions in the solar system, as well as the gravitational physics.

The coordinator also explained that solar flares and coronal mass ejections (CME), the types of storms that came out of the sun and highlights several flights for the large amount of radiation in the polar regions. From North America, Europe and South Asia wide variety of commercial flight flying shorten the distance from the polar regions, and save time.

In this center help, there will be pre-information on the availability of space or the solar system originated in these storms. This information may eventually passed to the civil aviation sector in the polar region or height may in turn informed about the adverse effects of airline flight.

In case the weather is not the solar system determined by the mark, it will have an adverse effect on the role of satellites, but also ultimately affect the mobile network and GPS systems. Adverse weather conditions on the information in the space may also be transferred to achieve the telecommunications sector. This will give them protection in space satellites.

This centre would initially offer the readings free of cost to the telecommunication department and the civil aviation, but later this data would be available commercially. 

Apart from offering assistance to the air traffic on the polar routes, this centre of excellence will also be helpful in functioning of the GPS networks as well as mobile satellites which are placed already in the space.

Sri Lankan President Impeached First Woman Chief Justice of the Country over Graft


Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka, on January 13, 2013 removed the first woman chief justice of the country, Shirani Bandarnayake after voting hit her impeachment by Parliament guilty on corruption charges. It is worth recognizing that Bandarnayake was fired despite massive protests from lawyers and others.

The impeachment proceedings were conducted against her, which were moved by ruling UPFA coalition lawmakers.

The three charges which she was convicted were those of financial impropriety that were based on non-declaration of assets.

37-year old female was First Complete Body Donor AIIMS

Chandrakanta Rawat, Uttrakhand the 37-year-old woman was the first complete body donor in January 2013 at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Chandrakanta Rawat was hospitalized on January 2, 2013 and was declared brain-dead. Rawat husband allowed the doctors to get her organs.

Heart, two kidneys and liver of women were used for patients and other organs such as bones and cornea were obliged to use in the future.While the heart of the woman was used for the purpose of transplantation at AIIMS, her kidneys were transported to Sir hanging out over Ram Hospital and liver was given to the Institute of hepatobiliary promoting Sciences, Vasant Kunj for the purpose of transplantation.
