Age Limit :Applicants maximum age limit must be 30 years for General, 33 years for OBC (NCL), 35 years for SC/ST, 40 years for PWD(Gen), 43 years for PWD(OBC) & 45 years for PWD (SC/ST) Candidates as on last date of Application (1st May 2014).

Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2/10+2 First Division/ Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ University for Post No.1, 10+2/ 10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/ university and Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8% for Post No.2, 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/ university and English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8% for Post No.3. Refer notification for post wise educational qualification details.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 17-40 years for Post No.1 to 12 & 14, 18-40 years for Post No.13 and 25-50 years for Post No.15. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection Process: Candidate would be selected based on their performance in written examination and interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.150/- for general category, Rs.75/- for Female of Haryana Resident only and Rs.35/- for Male candidate of SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Category of Haryana only and Rs.18/- for Female candidates of SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Category of Haryana only for Post No.8 to 10 and Rs.100/- for general category, Rs.50/- for Female of Haryana Resident only and Rs.25/- for Male candidate of SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Category of Haryana only and Rs.13/- for Female candidates of SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Category of Haryana only for Post No.1 to 7, 11 to 15. Physically Handicapped /Ex-Serviceman of Haryana are exempted from payment of the fees. Fee should be deposited through online generated Fee challan in any branch of State Bank of Patiala on or before 21-02-2014.
