Qualifications :Applicants should complete 10+2 Or Its equivalent a recognized institute or university with have 50% marks and should have valid Driving license for Heavy Motor vehicle.

Age Limit :Applicants age limit for SAIL Fireman Cum Fire-Engine Driver job must be between 18 years to 28 years as on 1st February 2014. Age Relaxation will be applicable 5 years for ST/SC, 3 years for OBC Applicants as per Govt. rules.

Pay scale :Eligible Applicants they get Rs.8600/- Pay Scale per month.

Selection Process :Selection process will be basis of Written Test, physical ability test (PAT)/ driving test and interview.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not exceed 27 years for Post No.1 & 4, 32 years for Post No.2, between 18 and 27 years for Post No.3. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation with Diploma in Photography for Post No.1, passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with science subject for Post No.2, Tenth class pass from recognized university for Post No.3 and Matriculation or equivalent pass for Post No.4.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written test, physical standard test, endurance test and skill test.

Examination Fees: Candidates have to pay the Rs.50/- in the form of crossed postal order/ demand draft drawn from any one of the Nationalised Banks in favour of Sr.General Manager, Heacy Vehicles Factory, Avadi, payable at Avadi. SC/ST, Ex-servicemen and persons with disabilities candidates are exempted from the payment of fee.
