Age Limit: Candidates upper age should be 25 years for Sl no 1 Post, 28 years for Sl no 2 Posts as on 01-06-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per Government directives.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation Degree and First class in MSW/ MBA/ First class in Post Graduate Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University/ Institute.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on Written Test & Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with recent passport size photograph, attested copies of SSLC/ Matriculation Certificate, Marks cards for having passed all semesters, Caste Certificate, etc by superscribing the envelope with the name of the post applied for and send through post/ courier to Dy.Gen.Manager (HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, Corporate Office, Outer Ring Road ,Nagavara, Bangalore -560045 on or before 09-07-2014.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 45 years for Sr.No:1 Post, 40 years for Sr.No:2 Post, 30 years for Sr.No:3 Post as on 01-05-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess SSLC, JCO in the Army or equivalent rank from Navy/ Air Force for Sr.No:1 Post, SSLC (Pass), 15 years of service in the Defence Forces for Sr.No:2 Post, SSLC (Pass), min 3 years of experience in Defence Forces/ Paramilitary Forces/ Karnataka State Police for Sr.No:3 Post.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Physical Endurance test, Written test, interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.300/- for General & OBC candidates plus bank charges of Rs. 25/- through Bank Challan in the nearest SBI Branch on submission of the challan unique transaction number (Journal Number) will be given to the candidate . SC/ ST candidates are exempted from fee.
