Desirable : Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology in the subject concerned | : Minimum 15 years experience in one or more of the following areas: (I) Systems Engineering with experience on Aircraft Configuration, Configuration design optimization. (ii) Air intake
design methodology, model testing and certification; Development of intake operating
envelopes. (iii) Wind tunnel testing – d
– design of F&M models, test planning and data analysis for aerodynamic
devices and aero data set preparation. (iv) Aircraft performance estimation. (v) Development of software to calculate performance parameters for ASR compliance Desirable : Experience in Aeronautical industry

Scientist/Engineer ‘F’ | Rs.37,400 – 67,000/- & Grade Pay Rs.8,900/- (PB-4) (Minimum Pay in the Pay Band + Grade Play : Rs 49,100 /-) | 01 | Essential: At least First class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering only from a recognized University. | Essential: Minimum 13 years experience in one or more of the following areas: (I) Design, Development, Testing & Certification of Electrical System & its associated LRUs for a Combat Aircraft. (ii) Principles & Practices used in Design & Routing of Aircraft wiring taking into consideration EMI / EMC & Lightning requirements. (iii) Installation of Avionics & Electrical System LRUs, including Bonding requirements. (iv) Co-ordination with other Design work centers and Govt. Certification and Quality Assurance Agencies during Electrical System Testing in the Ground Rig also on Aircraft; (v) System Performance Monitoring Process during flight evaluation. Desirable : Experience in Global Trend & advances in the area of electrical System Design & Testing; 3D CAD Environment for installation of system LRUs and also Routing of Electrical Looms. |
Scientist/Engineer ‘D’ | Rs.15,600 – 39,100/- & Grade Pay Rs.7,600/- (PB-3) (Minimum Pay in the Pay Band + Grade Pay : Rs.29,500/-) | 01 | Essential: At least First class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Electrical Engineering only from a recognized University. | Essential : Minimum 7 years experience in one or more of the following areas: (I) Computer Graphics concepts & graphics Programming: X Windows, QT, GTK, Open GL, VRML, X3D and graphics based software; (ii) UNIX concepts and programming in UNIX / Linux environment, GNU tools, Scripting, Memory Management, Multithreading, Memory Profiler tools etc. SRS, Development (C, C++, VC++), Version control, Test methodologies, source navigation tools etc; (iii) Atleast two Database applications. |
