EUC Admin-L1 , Infra Monitoring and Basic Administration-L1 ,
Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and windows operating systemand embedded OS related issues, desktop applications and LAN for Desktops and Knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer, plug and playPOS, PDA, Kiosk, MFD, IPhone, I pad etc. and related issues.
Knowledge inShrink wrapped products like Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite,Dream weaver,Outlook,Lotus Notes.
Knowledge on antivirus client softwareinstallations, patch and hotfix installations and troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsiblities:
Entry level position. Works on allocated incidents/ problems on maintenance of hardware / software – servers, laptops, PCs etc. with high degree of supervision. Provides support for simple trouble shooting requirements. May be required to work as on-call support of in shifts to provide 24×7 type of support.
