Age Limit: Candidates age not exceeding 40 years as on 01-10-2013. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (Allopathic) from any institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)/ AICTE.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs. 100/- & Rs. 50/- for Reserve categories (SC, ST, OBC, A & B & PWD) in the form of DD in any Nationalized Bank in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata/ payable at Kolkata.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.wbhealth.gov.in from 27-12-2013 to 17-01-2014 till 05:00 PM & must be mentioned Name of the post, On-line registration No, Date of birth, Name, Guardian’s name & caste category at the back of the Draft & in front of the envelope & send the DD, hard copy/ print copy of online application to West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti (WBSHFWS), Swasthya Bhawan, Wing-’B', 3rd floor, GN-29, Sector-V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata -700091 by Speed post on or before 24-01-2014.
