JKPSC Recruitment 2013 – 769 Medical Officer Vacancies: Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has issued notification for recruitment of the 769 Medical Officer vacancies in Health & Medical Education Department of the State. JKPSC Vacancy Details:
Total No. of posts; 769
Name of the Post: Medical Officer

Age Limit: Candidates minimum age limit should be 18 years and maximum age limit should not exceed 37 years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS or Possession of recognized Graduate Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the 3rd Scheduled (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

Application Form: Candidates have can obtained the application form from the office of the J&K Public Service Commission, Polo Ground Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu on cash payment of Rs.500/- (excluding processing charges of Rs.10/) in respect of General Category candidates and Rs.250/- (excluding processing charges of 10/-) in respect of Category candidates through the counters of J&K Bank opened in the offices of J&K Public Service Commission at Polo Ground, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on all working days.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written screening test and interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can obtain their application form as mentioned above, fill it and attach the passport size photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer and send along with photo copies of date of birth certificate, Educational Qualification Certificate, Registration certificate from MCI in case of Degree obtained from abroad, etc to the office of the J&K Public Service Commission Polo Ground Srinagar/ Resham Garh Jammu on or before 19-09-2013.

Screening Test for Short Listing Candidates will be held on: 24-11-2013 (Tentatively)
